ECD Measure supports governments, non-profit organizations and researchers with tools, resources and connections to improve the use of data in early childhood development systems.


We are researchers and policy experts who strive to improve early learning experiences for young children worldwide by supporting data-driven decision-making in early childhood systems.

OUr work


ECD Measure is hosted by University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health and Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative. We partner with a variety of research, communications, implementing, and funding partners including USAID, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, WHO, World Bank, Unbounded Associates, University of Liberia, Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla, Colombia), University College London, and others.
