ECD Measure is hosted by University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health and Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative. We partner with a variety of research, communications, implementing, and funding partners including USAID, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, WHO, World Bank, Unbounded Associates, University of Liberia, Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla, Colombia), University College London, and others.

The #earlyyears are critical for children's healthy brain development + overall well-being. This legislation will integrate #ECD into U.S. foreign assistance, supporting 250million children under 5 in #LMICS. @UNICEF
