BEQI Platform Privacy & Terms

BEQI PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY

The BEQI platform and BEQI TIP application are designed to support continuous improvement in early childhood education while protecting the privacy and rights of educators and children.

BEQI is designed so that no personally identifiable information about children is collected or stored.

The platform does not collect:

  • Children’s names

  • Student identification numbers

  • Birthdates

  • Child assessment records linked to individual identities

All data collected through BEQI relates only to classroom practices and teaching environments, not to individual children.

To support classroom improvement and system monitoring, BEQI may collect:

  1. Classroom Practice Data: Observational information about teaching practices, interactions, classroom activities, and learning environments.

  2. User Account Information: Name, e-mail address, role (teacher, coach, administrator, observer), organization or school affiliation, teacher phone number (for sending BEQI feedback.)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OBSERVERS

Observers using BEQI TIP agree that:
