This action brief introduces how the BEQI Toolkit approaches inclusion, draws on findings from a Sightsavers and Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) participatory action research study as its primary evidence base, and shares practical guidance for disability-inclusive measurement. Its purpose is to inform BEQI users in using the toolkit to support disability inclusion objectives.
